Could see Matt Davidson thrown in, because why not?
Johnson, Tatis Jr., Davidson, and Garcia for Shields, Jay, and cash!! /green

I read the first 3 pages. Hardly anyone was against it because of his ability. Instead it was more about money.
In fact, you even listed the rotation and said that it "looks a hell of a lot better than what we currently have"
I maintain that our rotation with Shields is much better than that without him. However, it still can't be denied that he's declining and has poor peripherals even without that last start

Which is why I said before his last start, no one would have said he's cooked.
Read the first few pages of this thread, many posters were against the idea

So who did the Dodgers give up to get all our players?
Who cares? We got Todd Frazier and there really isn't much reasoning behind hating the move.

And the consensus on the board was "4th OF" and "selling high." Oooops, hated that move all along.
Yeah the move sucks. Todd Frazier has done NOTHING. At all. Trayce > Frazier!!!!!!!!!!
If Sands starts in the field, we'll lose. What's funny about that sentence is that it's not even an overreaction. The Texas game is all you need to know about his defense.

l
the old adage is that you dont trade good pitching for hitting
Although that may not be wise for teams like us or the Mets

Nice non-slide into second. Almost overran it.
I was scared he wouldn't score on the sac fly! Then I saw the throw...

What happened
Right after the strikeout and right before/right as he got pulled from the game, he started swinging his bat wildly in the dugout, hitting it against a bat rack (I think), trying to break it over his knee, etc.
