Blowing a 17-point 2nd quarter lead but winning a nailbiter is so Bulls. Get ready for your first loss, Warriors.

QUOTE (HickoryHuskers @ Nov 19, 2015 -> 07:50 AM) http://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2015/no...ark-shot-police I'm sorry, I don't give a f*** if you're black, white, or anything else, you interfere with paramedics working on a guy you just beat up, you're going to get shot. If you think this is racial then you are the problem and not the police. This.

Crawford with a great OT save

Jeff Samardjiza signs with SF Giants, 5/90.

Didn't Samardzija speak out against the Cubs at some point while he wasn't on their team? -
QUOTE (farmteam @ Nov 18, 2015 -> 08:42 PM) Are you kidding me? I'd take a 3rd for Daley and call it a day, easy. My bad, I meant as the Hawks I would do it. I was being sarcastic. Way too high of an asking price

"The White Sox, Black Holes, and Trading Quintana
Jose Abreu replied to Eminor3rd's topic in Pale Hose Talk
QUOTE (WhiteSoxLifer @ Nov 18, 2015 -> 04:32 PM) No idea. The two teams I've been told the Cubs have spoken to specifically are the Indians and the White Sox. https://t.co/lZXrenKF5p https://twitter.com/JulieDiCaro/status/667062207369388032 @JulieDiCaro @jgaepi so the White Sox have talked to the cubs about Baez and/or Soler? https://twitter.com/whisox05/status/667066288280240128 @whisox05 @jgaepi Don't know what names were discussed on the Cubs end. The discussions were about pitching. Assume Quintana was the target. https://twitter.com/JulieDiCaro/status/667106773996843009 Ran across the tweet. I tweeted her and she replied back. Interesting... maybe we talked Quintana/Schwarber? -

QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Nov 18, 2015 -> 01:05 PM) Their is zero chance it will be anyone other then Arrietta. That said, if I were voting I'd give it to Greinke, followed by Jake followed by Kershaw. f*** bwar. Actual performance by Greinke (and run reduction) was absolutely incredible (as was Jake's). Stats might say one should have been better, but I award individual performance based upon real performance and results, not hypothetical shoulda woulda coulda performance. So in doing so, you're wrongly viewing all pitchers as having the same defenses behind them.

QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Nov 18, 2015 -> 01:11 PM) Is that who we play after the Suns? Any word on Rose's status? Are they going to take it easy and have him miss tonight? Yes, and he's listed as doubtful for tonight. We'll see if he's a go for Friday. They're just being cautious

QUOTE (SoxPride18 @ Nov 18, 2015 -> 12:48 PM) Senators are really interested in Daley. Bowman's asking price is a 2nd round pick and Matt Puempel or Shane Prince. I'd do that
-
I'm going with Kershaw.
-
Probably??? He thinks Sale for Seager straight up would be acceptable?
-
The logical part of me is saying that they should do whichever plan involves rebuilding. But at the same time, we can't keep wasting years with Sale/Q/Abreu/Eaton, and now Rodon.
-
QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ Nov 18, 2015 -> 12:09 AM) Not sure when the Warriors will lose. Friday.

Horrible FT shooting and 4th quarter coaching almost lost us the game

Butler with the GW-block on Paul George

Just curious, coming from someone who doesn't watch TWD- Were all the conspiracy theorists correct in their predictions that Glenn would come back?

QUOTE (shipps @ Nov 16, 2015 -> 04:26 PM) The Broncos will probably "John Fox" the Bears next Sunday and have the game hinge upon the final couple drives right? Oh great, the Fox/Gase storyline will be all we hear about

QUOTE (scs787 @ Nov 16, 2015 -> 01:06 PM) So Charles Leno....is he a guy? Really haven't noticed him at all, which is a good thing. Same for Long. If those 2 are OTs, that's huge. Assuming they resign Alshon, and roll with Langford/Carey next year, an OG might be the only thing they need on offense. That would leave them with a lot of money and picks to really help the defense take yet another step forward. I don't think that will be as easy as you think

QUOTE (knightni @ Nov 16, 2015 -> 12:30 PM) "Longest Pass From Scrimmage - Bo Farrington caught 98-yard pass at the Detroit Lions, 10/8/61." - Wikipedia http://www.pro-football-reference.com/play...ouchdowns/1961/ Farrington was a TE too. But was it a touchdown... just kidding. I blame the announcers.

Still undecided on getting Battlefront...

Tonight, the Bulls are debuting gray, ugly, sleeved "Chicago Pride" jerseys to be worn 5 times this year.

That reminds me- when Dunleavy is back, how do we divide up McDermott/Snell minutes? I would say slide Snell to backup 2, but I like Moore there.

QUOTE (GoSox05 @ Nov 16, 2015 -> 10:02 AM) Bears could very well beat the Packers on Thanksgiving. Packers just lost to the Lions(2-7) at home. Packers had 3 points going into the 4th quarter. 3! We have had our fair share of surprising wins over Green Bay over the years, but whenever they're having problems, they seem to figure them out right before they play us. Last year's whole "Relax" thing, and this year, I'm sure they'll rebound from the sideline arguments and the loss to Detroit. They're the Packers, they always find a way. I do, however, think the Thanksgiving game will at least be competitive, unlike our game at Lambeau last year.
