Hmm, Pallette, Coffey, Wikelman, Dalquist, and, yes, Taylor can not come up soon enough. Why do they want a horrible bullpen?

I don’t have much hesitation about bringing anybody up, but especially guys who are already on the 40 man. If Colson comes up too soon, who’s he taking at bats from? Rojas? Capra? Those guys can’t hit anyway and aren’t part of the future. You already got the extra year of control and kept him from being a Super Two. If they leave him down for a while, sure. Great. But if they bring him up, what’s the worst that can happen? They send him back down. Bringing Teel up requires a 40 man spot, and probably a trade of either Thaiss or Lee. Still not really against it, but the stakes are higher slightly.

Straight platoon except for Benintendi. Slater, Taylor, and Capra in for the lefty.

Not saying he’ll hit in Chicago. Someone said he had to go to Arizona. Maybe he just isn’t that great, but his swing certainly ain’t broken.

Baldwin is hitting like .500 since returning to Charlotte. He may not be a great major leaguer, but he’s not broken.

SS. Or possibly 3b. He’s not a bad fielder on the left side by any stretch of the imagination.

I am dreaming of Colson replacing Rojas in the line up in about a month.

Man, Vaughn looks terrible. Hardest ball he hit tonight was like 78 mph.

Old friend Codi Heuer strikes out Elko and Teel with the bases juiced. Teel really expanded his zone early in the count, then took a fastball right down the middle. Heuer still has better stuff than the entire Sox bullpen. Have no idea why he’s not in mlb.

Schultz labored the whole game then suddenly struck out the side in the 5th. What happened? I was watching the Knights.

I would like to see Vasil stretched out to a starter. I wonder why they’re not doing that.

I just think Vargas > Sosa at 3b.
