Assuming he and Thome got along in Cleveland and he and Ozzie have no bad stuff in their past this could work. If not they trade him or release him at the All-Star break, whatever....

Hopefully they got their s*** together and can make a quality final season, cause that 7th one was just bad. As much of a TV on DVD whore as I am, and like having all seasons of my favorite shows, I can't bring my self to buy the season 7 DVD. I kind of want to pretend it never happened.

Yeah he sounded like ass on SNL. That's the thing about about Auto-tune, you can't really do it live to wear it sounds good. Thats strictly a studio tool.

I've been catching up on all the episodes from this season, so I'm sure someone's already said it but: "Goooooooooooooooooooood morning Juarez family!!!" I was in tears at that whole scene. I had to rewind it back and watch again.

I check the main sites first cause there's too many 100 page rumor threads on here, but then there are times where you guys hear something on the radio and it's official when the main sites dont have it yet, so that's useful...

Saw The Wrestler last night, Rourke is AWESOME. I hope he wins the Oscar for his performance. The movie itself is good, but not great. Doesnt really break any new ground story wise, but it's shot really well, particularly the wrestling scenes. The hardcore stuff is intense, especially the aftermath and the tending to the wounds...Ouch

I have gotten so out of metal in the last 3 or 4 years. It takes a lot for me to give you a consistent listen, but the ones that make it: Every Time I Die - Keith is the best lyricist in Metal today. Period. The Dillinger Escape Plan - If only for the insane live show. Converge - What they do every album amazes me. They stay relatively the same but remain fresh at the same time. Between the Buried and Me - The last album might have gone a little too proggy, but I still enjoy the hell out of them. Misery Signals - I miss the old singer, but they can still be brutal when they want to be. HORSE the Band - Funniest Metal Band Ever. All That Remains - Phil has the best scream in Metal. Haven't given the new album many spins though. Machine Head - First Metal band I ever really got into, they've had some down years early in the decade, but The Blackening rules.

TOTAL dick move indeed. Basically NBC gave The Tonight Show BACK to Jay and is leaving Conan with nothing. He wont be able to book anyone cause they'll go to Jay first. I mean is Tom Cruise is gonna go on Conan to promote his new movie in a year, or is he gonna go with the safe bet?

Good job NBC.... How long before they just give The Tonight Show back to Jay cause Conan's humor doesnt translate to the "white hairs" and doesn't get the stellar ratings?
