  1. How dare you disrespect Nate Fisher like that.
  2. Keep trying to will this into the universe. I'm sold on Garrett as depth haha
  3. I kinda like the Bassitt idea too and thought about it last week. Of course with/after money shuffled around to stay in their budget whatever it may be.
  4. Just a deadline to add guys to the 40-man to protect them from the Rule 5 Draft.
  5. Because they can still remove them when they actually need the space.
  6. Eloy in LF and Sheets DH because they’re dumb.
  7. This is the thing for me. If we have a good defender in CF and RF, I could live with a LF that can hit and stay on the field and not hurt other guys. This isn't my favorite option but depending on the cost I could be ok with him. Edit: The part that sucks though is we are already banking on bounce-back seasons from a handful of guys already.
  8. Surprised this hasn't been shared yet. It's a slow day here (and at work) so I figured I'd share. Take with grain of salt obviously.
  9. We all know he should be based on most of the off-season plans from the posters here but does the front office know this?
  10. We’re stuck in limbo until Jerry dies or sells the team.
  11. Lourdes Gurriel, Springer, and Whit Merrifield are currently listed from LF to RF on Roster Resource. They'll definitely add a left-handed bat.
  12. It's not the worst idea but you also don't improve the OF defense.
  13. Man, I'd hate to rely on either Sousa or Banks next year. Those guys are closer to "fat I'd trim on a potential 40-man roster crunch when we add guys" than guys I want to keep in the pen. Crochet could be an option to open the year in the minors (will he be ready by start of the year?).
  14. That could still work with Kirk getting majority of the DH at bats against lefties.
  15. I was thinking Winker could be a piece going back to Seattle to DH. I think their entire lineup was right-handed (before the trade).
  16. Makes sense as the Jays try to get more left-handed. Wonder who is going back the other way.
  17. Not that I was pushing for it, but Teoscar dealt to Seattle.
  18. They do need a right-handed hitting (preferable 4th) OF, assuming they non-tender Engel.
  19. Sox get QO control of Hernandez. Giolito is also a 1-year stop gap.
  20. Guardians trade Nolan Jones to Rockies. https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2022/11/rockies-acquire-nolan-jones-from-guardians.html
