He was with them to start the year but released last week. Probably to pursue an MLB deal. Seemed to work out well for him with Castro injury.

He was actually released on May 24th. Guess they figured they could use him in the majors now with the injury to Castro.

He was actually released from his minor league deal earlier this week or last week so I guess they figured he’s better than anyone they can call up. But I’d rather just see a kid.
