He's still good defensively. And no team is stacked offensively 1-9. I do think there would need to be some cash changing hands and no Madrigal in that deal.
I can't see him being non-tendered. He will be tendered and dealt for something (even if it is a small peice) before being just released with nothing to show.
His contract really isn't bad enough. If it had like 4+ years on it, then probably not. Probably wouldn't cost multiple major prospects/young players but you gotta think at least one.
This is how I feel too. Plus theres still enough games I haven't gotten a chance to play on PS4 yet and Miles Morales is on PS4 as well so I personally do not see the need to upgrade yet.
Sticking a top prospect on the bench with less than half a season of minor league at bats on his resume would be terrible. They would be better off letting him get every day reps in the minors.
Definitely. Been to the playoffs what, 5 times in those 40 years, give or take 1 or 2 more? Results speak for themselves.
But yeah as the poster above says, he can't be fired no matter what we believe.
