A lot of the little things that give him extra value aren’t things typically valued a lot in arbitration. That could change in the next cba, but I’d wait and see.
Arenado is a great player, but like others have noted his contract doesn’t offer much surplus value, He won’t come cheap, and our best player plays the same position as him.
