I honestly don't think Castellanos would be that bad defensively in RF. And since the Sox now have Grandal, I'm fine with getting a right handed bat to fill RF, especially considering how good Castellanos is.

^^^ if this is true, there is absolutely no reason the Twins and Reds should be able to beat the Sox offer. I hope Hahn wraps this up before Thanksgiving so we can relax the rest of the offseason knowing the two big additions are already in place.

If the Sox get Wheeler or another top pitcher, I could live with Puig in RF. I’m just not thrilled with him. I think he’s overrated and I don’t know if he would cause problems in the clubhouse. Although the Sox have the Cuban thing going on so it might not be that big of a deal. Either way, I’d prefer Castellanos, David Peralta, Joc Pederson, etc over Puig.

I don’t want anything to do with Avi, Ozuna, or Puig. The Sox need to aim higher than that.
