  1. All the ND fans I know of are awesome people, actually. So are alot of Cubs fans I know. It's just that their blind allegiance to the Cubs sickens me. Much like Maury and Guido (what the f*** is up with GUIDO liking ND?????) with ND. I just don't get it..... especially Guido. Ever wonder why Chicago gets every ND game on Saturday but only 2-3 NW or Illini games a season? NW, Illini..... hell..... WIU, EIU, ISU, SIU, etc. are teams from Illinois that no one here evers gets the opportunity to see (unless they're playing ND ) on TV because "everyone" in Chicago is a ND fan. BULLs***! The Chicago sports media believes, like Cubs fans believe, that everyone in Chicago is a ND football fan and, like with the Cubs, that just isn't the case.
  2. Would that be "CottGate" in NY?
  3. True. If the Sox and Twins both win/lose tomorrow but MN wins on Monday, Sox will be a half game back come Tuesday. If MN loses on Monday, Sox will be a half game up come Tuesday. Sox need to take care of business tomorrow against Boston and hope like hell for a MN loss on Sunday and Monday
  4. His turn in the rotation would be Monday if they stuck to the rotation anyway correct? Or would it be Tuesday?
  5. We trade Foulke for a broken down Botch. We trade K Wells, Fogg, and Lowe for a broken down before August nearing 20 losses Ritchie. Jimenez? I forgot who was involved in the trade for that lazy piece of s***. You have a point. Other GM's are now hoodwinking KW into taking their injured garbage . My mistake.
  6. Please don't make me point out the obvious.
  7. Yeah..... bow the f*** down! I guess having an opinion on a player is no longer acceptable on these boards. And..... btw..... before you tell me to "bow down," I was a fan of the Colon acquisition and continue to be a fan of Colon.
  8. Yeah, it's obvious his terrible reputation is hurting the Sox. He can't seem to pull off a deal anymore! Other than R. Alomar, Everett, Colon, Koch, Marte, and Sullivan, he can't seem to trade for anybody! Have you noticed that practically all of KW's deals from "ShoulderGate" on have involved strictly our young, healthy, minor leaguers with possibly bright futures ahead of them? Or maybe it's just me. KW's mortgaging the minors because no GM wants a Sirotka-like acquisition from the Majors courtesy of KW.
  9. Thank you for pointing out what should be obvious once again. I get sick and tired of being one of the only ones that constantly has to bring up the myriad of s*** that has come our way courtesy of KW.
  10. So did the bookies insisting on Michigan by double-digits
  11. Very sweet. Notre Dame=the Cubs of college football. f*** both of them.
  12. I was reading somewhere that JM voiced a desire to start Daubach again in this BoSox series. The White Sox need to ship this tinkering jagoff with no clue on how to manage a BP out on a rail.
  13. ELo was simply the cheapest pitcher out there that JR would be willing to sign. Anyone that cost money at the point where ELo donned a White Sox uniform was spoken for. I give KW zero credit for ELo. If anyone gets credit on that signing, it's our miser of an Owner JR.
  14. He's a big part of the problem. Almost everything he touches turns to s***.
  15. I guess I'm still a baseball purist. I want the 2 divisions, 2 leagues structure back. f*** parity

    9/27 Gathering

The Sox are in KC. You'll be awfully lonely on the FanDeck.
  18. Sox and "manage" (JM..... HINT, HINT) don't belong in the same sentence.
  19. We WILL blame you for a f***ed up "SWEEP" thread 2 games into a 4 game series with the Twins though
  20. I don't see how any legit sportswriter can have anything positive to say about Botch this season.
  21. oh just wonderful... how nice it is to be ranked below all the teams we have to beat to make it in the world series ......the fun never ends does it..... what i would have given for a good #5 tonite .. Of all the offensive acquistitions the White Sox made, not dealing for a bonafide 5th starter is going to kill the White Sox down the stretch..... especially if we have to go with Danny Wrong again. How many contenders in the AL were starting AAer's in August that had no business being up here in the first place? Silly me
  22. That "logic" also makes it alot easier to accept failure when you expect it..... like last night when you knew, before the game even started, that Danny Wrong was taking the hill.
