Getting Anderson, Fulmer, Montas and Johnson to develop. I am on board with this plan, a lot of posters seem to think of only the extremes, either a complete tear-down or "going for it", but I like the idea of a one-year rebuild while looking to 2017 and 2018. And even if we make 2016 a rebuilding year there's still an outside shot to contend if we catch a few 2008-like breaks.

No. He'll be 32, doesn't seem like he'd age well, and even with his pretty good numbers last year was still worth only 1.6 WAR. That's a long commitment too.

Cespedes was worth 6.7 WAR last year, but he's usually a 3 WAR player. Whoever gets him is going to pay a big premium for his career year, I don't like it.
