I was listening to Fred Heubner a couple of weekends ago and he said he went to watch a game at the alternate site between the Sox and Cubs and Lopez no hit them for 5 innings. Maybe Katz and the staff can unleash that Lopez potential...one hell of a game changer if they are able to do that.

Bullpens are crazily inconsistent from year to year, hell even month to month. Cody might be back in time but this year Ruiz is looking pretty damn good and I would like to see him get some more high leverage innings early in the year and see what we have.

I did consider Kopech and he could be especially if he is in the rotation later in the year like you said. However, I just get a feeling that Vaughn is just going to get better and better and we will marvel at how quickly he becomes an excellent major league hitter....and the home run power will come in the 2nd half along with a shit load of doubles.
