  1. Reminded me of when I was playing catch with a football with my cousins. Two of us went up to catch a ball, my front teeth connected with his head. Blood everywhere. s%*# is not fun lol.
  2. Those balls that are hit in the spots where the fielders should be but aren't are annoying.
  3. What the hell is their obsession with this guy.
  4. Sucks about Robert. No real reason to dislike the guy other than he never lived up to his potential. I guess if the Sox have no other CF options and he's not blocking anyone then there's no harm in bringing him back. If they don't, someone will sign him to a $3-5 million 1-year deal or something. But also, the man's made life changing money. He'll live a good life even if he doesn't return to the game.
  5. Yeah and he's on my fantasy team again tonight so leave him in to get me more points 😆
  6. LIterally just said that out loud in my living room. It almost didn't work. Or maybe it worked just enough to where Perez's timing was off just enough to where that ball didn't go over the wall.
  7. It's nice they play the Cubs two 3 game series again. I don't like the 2 game series bs. I'm in the camp where the more they play the cubs the more exciting the rivalry is. Hey, just noticed that's my birthday weekend too lol.
  8. I really like their city connects
  9. Idk why but he reminds me of Samardzija
  10. And some of these mfrs wanna trade him or bench him because of his defense🤣
  11. It is a bit reckless. He probably cost them the game last Friday with that spring to home he did from 3rd off the foul pop-out.
  12. They need to let him pitch a complete game to boost my fantasy points.
  13. These games have been so refreshing to watch. I love the offense.
  14. Was at the game yesterday. Was nice to see offense. Could have easily won the game if they didn't give outs away on both defense and the basepaths, even with the bullpen shitting the bed expectedly. I will say, even with the loss, it was a very fun night. The crowd was full and energetic. Lots of elvis's around. Parachutes. Live Elvis performance before the fireworks show. While the Sox fail year after year to put a good product on the field, and let me be clear I would much rather most of my fun be had with the actual players on the field playing well and winning than with the extra promotional events, but the Sox really do a good job with their entertainment at the ballpark. And the food options are so damn good.
  15. If the kid can hit, he's got a future. Doesn't matter how bad the defense is. In this league, if you can hit big league pitching, you have a big league job. Its so difficult to have success at the big league level offensively. At the very least, he can DH. Any team would take him and the Sox would be fools to get rid of him if he continues to show that this isn't some fluke.
  16. Stone's getting older and wants more time off. Schriffen probably could use a break.
  17. I bet he goes to a good team and he takes off, just like Vaughn
  18. I hate the Royals. Royally.
  19. There have been some really good takes by our Sox this inning.
