So is everyone going to be pissed off if Eloy gets the call this week? I understand the argument and everything, and I'm of the opinion if they are calling him up this year then what the hell are they waiting for, but it just seems like there will be absolutely no excitement if he gets the call. Kind of depressing to be honest.

Avisail Garcia is the PERFECT example of why we need to be patient with players such as Anderson and Moncada. Development takes multiple seasons.

What's ironic is there is currently a thread on the board on the White Sox having the top 3rd farm system in baseball behind SD and ATL (who have been rebuilding far longer than the Sox have). The front office has done a fine job of acknowledging the team needed a facelift, a fresh start, and acting upon it and doing the best they could with the resources they had/have. Think about it, we traded Quintana just over a year ago, for 2 players who are looking to be elite in Cease and Eloy. One of them looks to be up this year in Eloy, and expects to almost.mirror Bryant in offensive numbers with what he is doing in AAA. Cease could very well be in the rotation mid next season barring any injuries. Quintana wasn't going to help this team win anything anytime soon. That's just the most recent one. People are just pissed off at all the losing right now. Patience is a rare virtue.

Anyone know when the 2019 schedule is going to be released? Trying to make some travel plans ASAP for next year. I thought the next year's schedule usually came out in July

Honestly my favorite part of the podcast was when that lady spoke up about how she is the loudest one at Sox games (the same on that got Verlander to write "no, you suck" on a sign because she was heckling him, and wanted to know if the Sox wanted her to be quiet, and Hahn was like "you aren't doing a damn thing wrong" or something like that, that was great.
