My fear has been that his Cubs stint was a fluke. He was awful before that stretch. He has time to bounce back but he has been Dallas Keuchel bad.

Hopefully Dallas gets himself together as he does have talent and major confidence. If he doesn't, hopefully he just retires.

Go back two months and you'll notice we have been very mediocre, even against bad teams. Not a recipe for a WS contender. No consistency and no clutch hitting. It needs to turn around ASAP.

Everything Kopech gets lit up he is tipping pitches. When Hendriks gets lit up, he isn't angry enough on the mound. These should be easily avoidable with proper coaching.

We've been playing like the 3rd best team in this division for more than two months now. I can't envision this team sniffing a title this year unless they wake up.

Tampa had injuries and beat us. Yankees had injuries and Covid and beat us. Houston had injuries and beat us. Verlander, Cole, and Glasnow were all out against us.

Don't feel bad, this team is really showing that it is not big time just yet. I am confident this isn't our year.
