Yolmer's defense is so ridiculously smooth.

Verdugo and Buehler would be fair game. Verdugo fits with Hahn wanting players that can work a count and walk more than they strike out and hes got an arm, would make a nice fit in RF.

Those are the two guys I'd target. Hell, I'd take Verdugo and a lesser arm if need be. Just not sure if the Dodgers would trade Verdugo given their current depth chart.

If players like Yolmer, Leury, and Davidson were performing like this in previous seasons the rebuild never would have happened. The bottom of the roster being so abysmal is what prevented the Sox from truly being a competitive team.

Some players need to a season without serious competitive pressure to break out. Rebuilding not only creates opportunities for fringier guys, but also allows these players to have much more rope when struggling.
