July 23, 20178 yr Cease pulled after 87 pitches. I believe that's only the second or third time Cease has gone over 80+ pitches this season so that's encouraging Sox had him increase his pitch count.

I've been following him now too. Anxious to hear what kind of standing he is in with scouts. We haven't had too many DSL kids come over at 17 and play as well as Sosa is.

I'm hoping he plays well enough to earn a promotion to GF in the coming weeks. The SS position there looks pretty weak.
