No spring training, was hurt and rehabbing most of the year. It will take some time, but he can be really good.

 

No doubt he has the stuff to be a top of the rotation starter, I just think we're all disappointed with the results thus far since he pretty much is the ace of the rotation.

I think you are right on Moncada. While he has a ton of raw talent, it is just that... raw. I think he is going to take 2-3 years to get where he needs to be.

The home plate ump is really struggling as well. He is missing a ton of pitches. The strike three call to end the inning was about three inches further outside than the one he called a ball on the pitch before.
