OK, so without looking at the minors, who I saw our CF of the future anyways? I still it going to consist of a trip into free agency?

Checking in on the stats, nice to see good results out of the gate for Fulmer. They kept saying all spring that the biggest thing he needed to do was develop some trust in his stuff and attack rather than nibbling, and every time he gets good results that will push him in that direction.

Why all the gloom? It’s a tied game in the 6th and if we win were playin .600 ball on the season

Even if he was 100% set on bringing Bummer in Ricky should have also had a righty throwing in the pen. It might have made Gibbons think twice about using a pinch hitter there.

The rate of inherited runners that score, seems like 100%, though I’m sure it isn’t.

I give ALL starters positive marks except for Gonzalez. Shields and Gio pitched in terrible conditions, but both did very well, even though those games were against AAA teams. Lopez and Fulmer were awesome in this series.

It was more the fact that Pearce was obviously gonna PH to me rather than Carson's pitch count.

I mean what good is speed if you never get on base & while it helps you get to the ball defensively you can’t catch?

Still not sure why there wasn't more optimism about Leury after last year. He was damn good before the injury.
