Benetti so busy chatting he’s barely calling plays.

It really is fascinating how one game can make your numbers go from crap to really good. He went from having a .000 average to a .300 average in one game lol.

Still no game two starter or callup news.

How is Abreu doing with his flu like symptoms cold ?

Hopefully Fulmer can keep the positive momentum going.

Dylan Covey will start game two.

Juan Minaya game two.

Sox website says Juan Minaya is 26th man but does not say he is starting. No mention of Bob Dylan Covey.

They might be waiting to use Hector for game two unless he is needed in game one.

That was fucking intentional.  Better hit one of their guys now.

Fulmer is king of the “get first two guys out and immediately put the next two guys on base” inning

Also everything seems to be within 4mph of each other.  Needs to take more off his offspeed pitches

Did they hit one of our guys again? Every single year these bastards start it up against the Sox and it works.

His fastball command sucks

Jesus.

What happened to Fulmer's curve?

To this point, he's been Cooper's biggest fail

Fulmer was awful in the minors as well. Blame the giys who drafted him.

Not sure why anyone would ever throw Yoan a fastball

We all know that's been a real poor performer within front office. Just seems they rushed Fulmer despite these struggles you mention.

A corresponding move will be made after this game

Good inning for Fulmer

To me the fact that Fulmer has been serviceable in the majors thus far is shaping up to be a real impressive achievement on the part of the MLB staff. Guys who struggle that badly in AAA aren't supposed to come up and survive. Of course, maybe he won't survive — it's not exactly a done deal yet.

The contact by Yolmer and Abreu bodes well for second time through the order.

That’s what happens when you play infielders in the outfield.

Seriously, what happened to Fulmer's curve? I thought that was his wipeout pitch coming out of college but I barely see him throw it
