This is more a mental thing with him than physical

Right, and that's why I'm optimistic it's something that can/will change

It’s very rare for a player to just come into the league and be a stud. Not just for the Sox but for every organization. Guys need time to develop.  And if for those who think Moncada is a bust,

I'm not a fan of how Moncada high fived his teammates in the victory line. Very concerning IMO. Send him to Winston-Salem for a few days, teach him a lesson.

  • Bench his ass if he's not going to protect with two strikes. This is insane

Juan Minaya in a close game, perfect way to tank.

Perez gave us an out. Thank you Salvador. None of those pitches were even close.

Why does it matter?

It doesn't, I'm just curious...not sure if you're just being an asshole or really don't know if it matters...

What a dumb decision by Ricky.  Whit is the best hitter in baseball against LHP and Minaya is tough on lefties.

That's a strike on Moncada all day

And there it is.

Yep Ricky is the worst.

TANK!!

Engel should have caught that tbh

This clown better be fired the second the season ends.

Tank on Rick!

Oh well.

Bullpen was going to blow it anyway.

1 back for second pick.  That curveball the ump missed set up the homer, but whatever.

Started out 7-3 against KC, likely to be 7-6 now.  Reel them in, baby!

idk if he lost the ball or what but he mistimed his jump pretty bad.

And that's that.

I figured he wanted to keep warm.  In college, after I pitched I would wear a windbreaker up until I could do a controlled icing of the arm later for my post game recovery with the trainer..

Even KC fans are pissed how much they're winning now. We'll only be 2 games back of them for the #2 pick.

And if for those who think Moncada is a bust, he’s been a 2.5 WAR player with the Sox. That’s really impressive with him not being a finished product.

JOSEEE JOSE JOSE JOSEEEE

Abreu!!

Ricky won't be happy about that one Pito.

Ball is flying, thought that was too high

Why, did he not run hard enough?
