Yeah, with Madrigal it will be "He doesn't take enough walks" or "He grounds out on too many bad pitches " Though it is a small sample size, these criticisms are valid for Madrigal, as his BA and OBP are separated by .006

Have you read his comments about Madrigal since? You'd think Madrigal was the next Rogers Hornsby or something. 

Davidson/Palka now have played combined 156 games...28 doubles, 3 triples, 32 homers.  58 walks, 82 RBI...nearly .800 OPS.   Seems like a fully acceptable DH.

Madrigal already has the best fundamentals in the entire organization.

Merrifield is a better comp, with a big less pop.  Barney was only a decent hitter for one season, or 1 1/2 years.

I'm not a fan of how Moncada high fived his teammates in the victory line. Very concerning IMO. Send him to Winston-Salem for a few days, teach him a lesson.
