Man I really don't want him to go to the Cubs. I know they have some bad contracts but we've seen bad contracts moved from less productive players. At least Heyward is a positive WAR player.

it's more likely they have the same source as their comments were basically the same here and both were out in front of the Yu stuff last year.

 

Gotta hope Harper likes the outlook of our talent then. 

But it wouldn't be surprising if he preferred a more established contender.

What contracts are you referring to and which ones didn’t involve taking back money?
