    This has been a 20 year problem with this organization. It gets really old, really fast. This was a problem in the Maggs/Frank/Caballo years.

    If he can keep his eye while still being aggressive early in counts, he's going to be a star. He has to be careful not to adopt the TA approach.

    His eye is so much better than TA's, I just don't see that happening
