Baseball just hates this team. Idk why but it does. "Oh, you think you're the shit today with your amazing offspeed pitches and pinpoint location? HOW ABOUT YOU DO THAT WITH A ROLLED FUCKING ANKLE."

You were ripping everyone for using racial stereotypes yesterday and now are using racial stereotypes.  I believe that makes you a hypocrite pal.

That was a really weird reaction by him in the dugout, was he frustrated at leaving, or was he upset something is serious wrong?

I didn't see it? God I hope he's not seriously injured.

Don't understand why they couldn't just tape it up in between innings, give him a couple NSAIDs and got on with hit.  Guess there's no reason to take a chance but if this was a big game I don't think they pull him.

Thats kind of tragic, since he was doing so well today. Its ok, get well, and come back on fire!

Yeah, I'm at the game nobody around me knew wtf happened.

I think it’s just frustration.  If it was serious, I’d hope they wouldn’t let him walk off the field on his own.

At least its not the arm

Something in his plant leg just wasn't right on the last couple of pitches.  Damnit.  He was rolling too.

I really dont think it's his ankle. Hip makes some sense and a known issue? Ankle I imagine he finishes the inning and take it from there.

Great insight Chuck!

Leg issues can lead to arm issues. Something to watch. Remember Jake Peavy.

So does Burr pitch the 4th then?

Yea fuck, it's hamstring or other muscle strain lower body from this clip.

Probably. They're probably going to get Banuelos ready for the 5th and 6th.

Looked like he couldn’t put weight on his ankle after his delivery without pain. I’m no expert here, but it certainly looked like an ankle injury from my untrained eye.

That there is a cramp

Could definitely be a muscle strain or cramp in the leg.  Just don’t see how it could be hip related.

entered the day with a -3 wRC+.  I didn't believe it went negative.

You clearly haven’t visited Palka’s Fangraphs page this year.
