June 24, 20196 yr Tried my best but there’s really no info out there about him outside of the reddit post
June 24, 20196 yr Yeah that's pretty typical. It was hard to even get info on Sosa for a while and he was stateside. For now, just hope he keeps producing. His size and power relative to DSL is nice, so you just kinda follow it like a video game sim.
June 24, 20196 yr 13 BBs but only 1 run scored for the DSL Sox. Pretty wacky line lol. 2 BBs and a single for Bailey

June 25, 20196 yr Stiever has 4 SO 0 BB 3 H 1 ER through 5. Fastball consistently at 95/96. Haven't seen enough of the offspeed/breaking pitches to have much of an opinion. Lots of fastballs though. 46 of 62 pitches as strikes. This is his High-A debut I believe. Edited June 25, 20196 yr by DirtySox

June 25, 20196 yr Hell of an outing from Stiever in his high A debut. 7 IP 5 H 1 R 1 ER 1 BB 7 SO (96 pitches) Likely done.

June 25, 20196 yr I thought Birmingham is where offensive prospects go to die? So much for Robert and Madrigal not being ready for AA pitching ?
