He is like 4/5 years older than the competition so one would think he should be dominating.

July 15, 20196 yr Ben Bailey gets talked about a lot, but the DSL team has lowkey three pretty intriguing catchers - Mendoza, Betancourt, and Benavides. All are posting good BB, K and ISO %. Their CF Laureano is Laureano is another kid to keep an eye on.

July 15, 20196 yr Robert BB. Six pitches. Just based on Gameday, but it looks like he was making the correct decision on close pitches.

July 16, 20196 yr Cam Simmons hit 2 HR last night. He was an interesting pick who may still be getting healthy. Hoping he can carry his success over next year.

Yeah, good to see him performing. I know you know this, but he is going to have to move quickly given his age. At least he is in Great Falls, but honestly, I wouldn't mind seeing him move up to Kanny before the end of the year. He needs to be in AA by the start of 2021, if not earlier.

I think the most unlikely but best case scenario would be him to really turn it on and get an AFL spot this year where they could judge his placement next year. But would like to know things like if he is starting to really feel like pre shoulder again. But if he is in Kanny next year past May it will be easy to read into it that he’s just depth.
