Are you talking about KC? If not, I don't think you know what fun-bad means

It is hard to believe the defensive clown show we have seen tonight is an actual major league team.

Cordell can’t keep diving for every ball slicing away from him. Sanchez made a great relay and McCann covered the plate well but Merrifield got that hand in there. Once again bad defense

Jeez, i'm not saying he sucks or anything, I'm just saying that he's off right now.

You said that every positive from the 1st half has been erased over the last 5 days and included Moncada. I mean, that's a pretty big statement and going to garner a reaction.

We don’t need to know about KC.  It’s happening before our very eyes with the Sox.  They are pathetic.

Cease has 1 swinging strike on his fastball tonight. That’s just inexcusable

8th pick in the draft. Couple trades soon. Fuck it.

The defense was horrible, but also an ugly start for Cease.

To be fair, only 3 of the 8 defenders on the field right now will be starters next year in the majors.

Good thing the 2020 draft class is looking loaded. The Sox could sure use another top 5 pick.

Fun bad is a good thing. Well, at least its a relatively good thing. It literally means what it says - fun AND bad. This is the opposite of that.

Yeah this is scary bad when you account for the injury and Cease being underwhelming.

More like the opposing pitcher going 7+ giving up 5 or less hits and stiking out 8, while allowing 1 or fewer runs

Probably won't be too far off of this

Nah this should be completely thrown out when judging him

Sparkman had a 4.76 k/9 coming into tonight.

Feels almost as bad, but certainly not on that level, to when Kopech blew out his elbow last year. The excitement just sapped in one moment. Cease was actually pretty terrible tonight honestly. Yea, he was overshadowed by the wretched defense, but he was struggle with a crap lineup. I'd hate to think what the Twins, Stros or Yankees will do to the kid. Hope the next start he takes a step forward.

Lol Yolmer. "This guy just wrecked his shoulder ... I'll smack him on the back to give him a pick-me-up!"

Its the Cooper effect, have your pitchers throw 5mph slower than what they are capable of

He was doing pretty awful in the minors, so it’s not overly shocking that he’s struggling.  Oh well, get him the experience

And then be a month late in realizing they were hurt

Was that blood coming down Modesi's arm?

Yolmer, get DFA’ed.

No, he was unlucky in the minors, not bad

Yeah because if not he will suck forever ?

It was actually strange they called him up given his struggles in Charlotte. The stuff is (or should be) electric, but his command is still a W.I.P.

This unironically may be the worst game I've ever seen the sox play. And I was at the 20 to 1 game.

Me too unfortunately.
