I'd like to see a good game from Cease. 

I'd really like to see the lineup with TA, Yo and Eloy all in it. When's the last time that happened?

Oh it's Elvis Night too.  Didn't realize that until I got my tickets.  Looking pretty close to sold out tonight

Yolmer is a great guy that can't hit a lick.  Luckily for him he's already made a decent chunk of change and should be able to catch on somewhere next year.

Cease needs to calm the fuck down.

If the Sox were to ever re-do their uniform selection, I wouldn't hate these black *tops* as their new alternates. The pants would obviously be white however.

I'd like the Reds home whites for the Sox home whites with black lining up the buttons and the regular SOX in the corner how they have it now at home.

He just misses up on his fastball far too often. It’s not even close enough to get the hitter to offer at it.  The Santana slider was perfect.

From the stretch, Cease seems to be too open and it’s causing him to pull everything.  Meanwhile, Cooper sits on his ass.

Yep his command is atrocious and he needs to find something that will get lefties out.  Also would be nice if the overrated, lazy pitching coach would go out to the mound and help him once in a while.

He looks a lot like 2018 Giolito right now. You can see the talent, but the command blows chunks. 

I like how Hahn is preaching waiting on guys who pretty much have nothing to prove in the minors whereas you could argue Cease wasn't quite ready yet and they promote him.

“Could”?  He was struggling to complete the first inning in AAA.

OT: But I like those Texas unis alot. Really sharp.

As much as I loved the trade with the Cubs and yes, still do, it should be obvious to Cub fans that neither Cease or Eloy would have contributed anything during their championship window...both of these players will take a while to reach their prime.
