Sorry phone had so many errors I missed the one actually spelled correctly.

There goes another one. Figured he was a long shot to leave the NL. 

It's starting to feel more and more like the Sox are going to be left there hanging with nothing to show. After signing Grandal, this has been turning into one disappointment after another. 

The price is what I am waiting to see...

Im glad that the White Sox aren't getting Bumgarner.

We’ll get Julio Teheran and Ivan Nova. 

5yrs is too long for Bum.. 

Fine with this.  He’s not worth 5/100+, and his last few years will probably be a disaster.  

 

The Diamondbacks getting Bum hurts the Sox. Diamondbacks were an off the radar team in the pitching market. Same amount of suitors to compete with left, one less option now.

Yeah at this range I’d have liked it. Very confident he will be productive just not top line. Fans convinced themselves that since he wasn’t an ace he’ll be terrible but he’s still pretty valuable.

They weren't off radar.  They were reporting MadBum and AZ during the winter meetings multiple times.  Had something to do with a horse he has in Phoenix.

That's a terrible deal. Let them have him. Poor fit in GRF anyway. 

Ryu is the one I want to see. If the market doesn't go to 4 years, we should get him. And you can add Keuchel as a 4/5 guy, hopefully at 3/48 or something. Between the two will still be less than Wheeler's total contract and at a shorter term. Those two can prolly get us about 5 WAR next year...maybe more if Ryu pitches a full season. 

 

Give Ryu the same deal.
