Nice thing about colome is you have plenty of time to watch your kids grow up between pitches.

Whoever wins this at-bat wins the trade.

Between Madrigal and Robert a LOT more than you are use to with this team.

Oh I forgot Leury! SORRY LEURY!

Wasn't even close EE

wow these umps are horrible, it's every night, that pitch I'd be lived if I was the Brewers.

Either Narvaez sucks so bad at framing or the ump just didn't give him cause Woodruff missed his spot.

Missing his spots pretty badly this inning but he's effectively wild so far.

his bat is so slow right now.

Hard to frame when you're setup on the other side of the plate from where the pitch is.

Could see that coming a mile away.

That slider outpacing Rodon's fastball.

Almost at the same velocity as Francisco Liriano threw it at in 2006.  Maybe a tick below.

Wonder if Balta's going to make a comment about Narvaez's pitch framing skills having improved?

Well, Madrigal gets his opportunity to be the leadoff man next inning.   Let's see if he can get things kick-started.

Garcia is going to take him yard if he leaves one middle.

That stat they just showed on NBC - 521 ft home run from Mazara last year, longest in MLB 2019.

I saw that LIVE in Texas. It was just by chance i was flying out of DFW the next morning so I decided to catch the game. Saw that, saw Zach collins hit his first homer, met Scotty Pods and got a photo (i learned after he's from Texas) and saw a Sox win. Definitely one of my favorite games of the decade.

But the key question, did you have the opportunity to meet Pods' wife (or did they get divorced already)?

Giolito seems to be hitting the "dead arm" start where he doesn't have his really crisp stuff but has to battle through it...

man that is nasty from Gio!

his changeup is just ridiculous.

Lucas definitely looking better so far this inning

Last start, 81/85 pitches fastballs or change-ups.   Has really gotten away from the curve and slider.

Once he managed to navigate that first inning without a crooked number, the Brewers were really in trouble.

He Gone!

Gio shaking his arm/shoulder worries the hell out of me

OK let's get a quick AB here.

It seems his change is so good he doesn't have to throw a breaking ball. Nobody can read it.

123 2nd for Gio!

Can we just have an opener for Gio so he doesn't have to pitch the first inning?
