He needs to stop fucking training like he's a running back and start training like a baseball player.  Way more flex, way more pre-hab, way more holistic closed chain movements and way less quad training.  His hamstrings can't handle the amount of quad mass he's carrying it's that simple.

You would think Allen Thomas would have noticed that.  If he could "coach up" his son to the #53 prospect in baseball with limited physical tools, what should he be able to accomplish with a beast like Moncada?    Or, Yoan's more about his "look" and not always listening to the coaching/training staff.   No idea.

Dallas keeping them in the game.

It has been three innings. Sox had some hard hit balls right at defenders. Relax, the fact you haven’t had a brain aneurysm yet is a miracle.

ELOY is terrible right now

Eloy is an auto out rn

Send him to Schaumburg...33% serious.

This offense still sucks ass

As I said......ground ball after ground ball for Eloy

To be fair, this is getting extremely frustrating. They are scoring 3-4 runs nightly

Mazara and Collins have almost indistinguishable swings at this point...

Mazara against a lefty...fun

Dallas is the Sox MVP so far this year. Change my mind.

This offense is unwatchable

Great scouting to notice the flaw in Mazara's swing. They somehow made it even worse.

well, Dallas better pitch a shutout

On the plus side, a Mazara 650 OPS means we have to go out and get a RFer in FA.

So there's that.    Hopefully it doesn't mean Adam Engel again.

I will take 3-4 runs this game, no questions asked

Hahn really tried selling us Mazara as a legit long term option

Doesn’t it look like it’s even slower as he’s trying to elevate more?  Absolutely no explosiveness in his swing.

is each team given one umpiring crew?

honestly just bat engel and mccann 1-2 tomorrow, can't be worse

He also tried to sell us on Avisail Garcia as a legit big league CFer, Keppinger as a poor man's Zobrist and Herrera/Cishek as lock-down set-up guys.

Oh, and that Felipe Paulino could be a star.

Sox offense definitely looking bad lately. Can't really put anything together even with some hits. Lots of auto outs right now.
