Are you suggesting they didn’t make moves because of what Keuchel thinks?  Regardless, Keuchel isn’t going to come out and say “we’ll we’re fucked because Hahn didn’t add anyone at the deadline”.  He’s always going to hype up his guys cause that’s what good leaders do.

Him holding off on the inside fastball was refreshing.

Engel sucks. Mazara sucks.

But it's absolutely nuts how much more confident I am with Engel- whether it's defensively or EVEN offensively- over Mazara.

I think he was one of the 7 they talked to and discussed their plan for Rodon with him.

Come on man, they asked those guys for feedback on potential acquisitions and possibly guys they might be traded like Kopech.  They didn’t decide to stick with Rodon over other options because of anything Keuchel said about Carlos.
