September 20, 20205 yr As much as I want the Twins to lose, it's satisfying seeing Jake Cave hit another team besides us.
September 21, 20205 yr So far the Cubs look like crap tonight and not doing us any favors. Edited September 21, 20205 yr by maloney.adam

We weren't even trying against Cleveland and ended up sweeping them even when a playoff spot was on the line for them.

September 21, 20205 yr I think that on this ESPN broadcast one of the commentators is Arod. He’s so pretentious you can hear it in his voice on every play.
September 21, 20205 yr The Sox control their own destiny...just gotta win a couple more games and the division is theirs.
September 21, 20205 yr The Twins last 5 games are home games: 2 with the Tigers and 3 with the Reds - all winnable. Edited September 21, 20205 yr by GradMc

September 21, 20205 yr If Reds still have playoff hopes they could be a tougher opponent than the Cubs especially with their rotation.

Besides, all the Sox have to do to win their division is win four out of their last seven. That is one over .500. All their games are winnable, too. Hell, they should be able to sweep the Cubs. Just take care of their own business, and they won't have to worry about the Twins. Although I am worried about the Sox offense right now.

September 22, 20205 yr McCullers no hitter thru 5. Going to be tough for the Sox no matter who they play. Hope they can at least finish off the division. It didn’t matter to me when it was bunched up, now I don’t want to see them get passed at the very end.

September 22, 20205 yr Cleveland pushed Bieber to Wednesday vs. Giolito. They are starting Quantrill tomorrow. Liked how Lopez has pitched his last two outings, hope he has another in him tomorrow.
September 23, 20205 yr A’s facing the Dodgers. A win moves them up to 2. But hopefully we don’t fall to the 7 seed in the next five days...we better not.
