If we put the Keuchel, Grandal, Bummer and Jimenez contracts on waivers, wonder how many takers there would be to assume or absorb 100% the responsibility for those current deals? Jimenez for sur

This is 1 of the worst posts I’ve seen on an internet message board in my life. You should be ashamed of yourself for that distinction

This is such a bad lineup. Hahn really sucks at adding depth.

I just don’t see how you can come up with a compelling argument on Nick Williams helps you win a ballgame more than Andrew Vaughn at this point, defense be damned

Yep. If anyone else gets hurt for longer than a week this team is in trouble. We literally can't afford for anyone to miss time. And we still have to hope Yermin can keep up solid production moving forward.

They need to make a decision soon about whether or not they want to go for it this year or let Vaughn develop.  These lineups are going to get destroyed by RHP

I'm not sure why Madrigal isn't playing either. There is no reason to start Garcia at 2B today.

Seriously, La Russa and Reinsdorf can go kindly f*** off.

If this losing continues, this is what they deserve.

Vaughn isn't a left fielder though and he is not learning it, with a 25.8 ft/s sprint speed no amount of experience will help you there. Vaughn always will be an emergency solution in left, Hahn needs to make a trade soon and send vaughn to the minors as soon as the minor league season starts.

Wow @ no Vaughn and Madrigal.

This is just bad

maybe we are trying to make cleveland feel better about their lineup?

Actually, their lineup will probably be better than ours tonight, lmao

The one thing I was confident in Larussa (despite my anger for his hire) was that he'd likely produce good lineups with all his experience... I have since decided that he has no clue what the fuck he is doing.

They’re putting way too much faith into the return of Engel and probably Hamilton

The roster isn’t exactly loaded

I am freaking tired of F'ing around with our top prospect when we desperately need a bat. Either play him or send him down and gain the additional year of control.  wtf are we doing.

I'm still trying to figure out why no Madrigal. He had two days off and needs the PT to improve. And that is before you get to the whole Garcia sucks problem.

You put Vaughn in that lineup rather than Williams, and it's fine when you consider missing 2/3 batters.

Doesn't need to be loaded to play Vaughn and Madrigal. They may struggle but the team views them as the future. And not to mention the alternatives themselves suck.

Yeah, this roster is loaded.  Injuries and incompetence from our manager are hurting this team

btw what is TLR's love infatuation with Leury Garcia??

Leury Garcia legit has a -0.2 war right now, one of the top 20 or so worst hitters in baseball.

How can you not like Leury Delmonico's versatility?

Oh look the worst hitter in the league at this point is still in the lineup and we are again sitting our top prospect for a guy who didn't even make the roster out of camp. I just don't understand it

There is no reason for Nick Williams to be in the lineup unless everyone else who can play LF is injured.

Haha, that 7-8-9!

TLR heard people bitching about Madrigal-Mendick-Garcia at 8-9-1 yesterday, and thought, "Hold my beer!"

Holy hell this team needs Tim Anderson back.

And Abreu and Moncada to wake up among other things.

Who is trading a starting caliber LF on April 12th. Give me teams and names.
