I think it's going to be like this for a while, seeing how Dalquist was handled. Those guys that had a less mlb build out maybe are going to be handled with much more care. I don't know if that means late decisions on "openers" per se, but something is definitely different.

TiQuan Forbes homered. He’s still somehow only 24. He was a little interesting in 2019 as he started to walk more, but power never came through. If it has arrived that could still be a potential utility guy.

Saw Forbes' age the other day and thought the same thing about his age.  He's basically always been younger the the league average at every level, until now.
