Freakin' Heuer misses his spot twice and it results in 2 hits and 2 runs. Both hits Collins set up outside and both times the pitch went inside.

  • Not sure but I assume you'll find something wrong with it

  • Just imagine bringing in Marshall to face a righty when they have an OPS near 1.000 off him.

Tony has left the dugout to yell at Yermin. Not once to have his player’s back.

There's the slider he wanted to throw to Zunino.

i don't think the red spots for the sinkers and some of the sliders are typically where you want them to go

So who gets the 8th, Garrett?

3 sliders to Arozarena. None of them hanging.

I just don't understand Codi Heuer.

His stuff is soo good but just gets bashed around.

why the fuck is he throwing so many  sliders anyways?

Isn't his slider his best pitch? He just is have trouble locating until that last batter

I mean in theory sure but it was obvious he didn't have it today.  Zach has been bad today behind the plate, calling and framing.

Every time Heuer comes close to getting his ERA under 5 it jumps straight back over 6.

Why would you call a slider right after he hung it? Just stupid.

We need to add a reliever at the deadline.

I've been saying 2 . One late inning guy and 1 long guy.

Yarbrough is still in. Need to get those runs back.

Yep, a reliable set up guy and maybe a replacement for Madrigal, I like Jonathan Schoop, I bet he'll be availabe at the trade deadline

Righties have 0 hits on 25 pitches against Codi's changeup. Maybe try to throw that more?

Nice bounceback, Heuer

Kopech is the long guy once he returns

Better get some more runs...

We do get Fry back soon but I agree maybe one more long relief guy.

Jace Fry's rehab is going to end soon as well.

Vaughn gets his 3rd hit.

Vaughn goes 3 for 4.

Don't think so . He'll do his usual thing  late inning relief and spot starter but need a long guy for games we are way ahead or way behind and soak up innings to rest starters and BP guys like Kopech and Crochet.

Cash kept him in one batter too long.

if vaughn can learn to hit righties better he is going to be a fun player to watch

Isn't that what Jose Ruiz is doing now?
