Dude is in his second full season.  He's still learning at the big league level.  He's made a lot of progress.  It just takes time.  It took Garland time.

Is he just missing location on these fastballs? Even at 99, it's going to be a struggle throwing those past good hitters low in the zone.

Has he? It’s still the same issue. Loses concentration. Well great we’re only trying to win a World Series. But we have to give him a try when everyone on here knows he capable of completely losing it pitch by pitch.

No, keeps getting two strikes and then allowing loud contact 

Sox aren't even letting you pay to park in the L lots or other lots anymore at all. 

I know two people who literally just turned around and went home after driving around for 1 hour. This team is embarrassing themselves with this situation every single night.

Sure, but Garland came up at 20, and was a sinker baller more than a pure power/high K and BB guy.

Cease is more reminiscent of Jason Bere or Danny Wright before all the injuries.

The only time Cease would start would be in a seven game series, and they still might go Kopech or even Keuchel. Heck, even Lopez.

Cease 12th in baseball among qualified starters in fWAR and people here want to start keuchel over him ?
