I hate this goddamn team. Bunch of gutless cowards, led by a fossilized buffoon.

  • Well, this lackadaisical approach to running through the end of the season has made the Sox a pretty tedious watch, in general.  I actually don't sit and watch them much because it aggravates me.  Yea

Kopech is still an absolute monster. I absolutely think there's a scenario where the bullpen is clicking in October and he's still the reliever we feel best about getting high leverage outs.

Good move letting Kopech cook. His fastball looked like too much to handle tonight.

Kopech looked magnificent.

That’s the guy we’ve been waiting for!!  Gassssssssssss!!

Yaz is the best catcher in MLB. Its not really a debate.

I wouldn't mind having  J.T. Realmuto and Yaz splitting time at C and DH.

Riiight

If we get this Kopech in the playoffs?  Just nasty.

Damn...that was a great catch unfortunately.

Cesar is a zero with the bat.

I don’t doubt that Grandal was hurting before he went down with the knee injury.  This is what a healthy Grandal looks like.

He had nagging knee injury throughout ST and the first half of the year.  The White Sox Talk podcast does a deep dive into his season and they mentioned this.  It's quite fascinating.  He's having a historic season.

Cesar is horrid. Terrible acquisition.

Man, Hernandez really sucks.

Should've brought Yolmer back if you wanted a gold glove who can't hit ?

I'm really like Robert-Moncada-Abreu top of the order. I know it would be too much outside the box for a manager to do but I'd like to see TA bat 6th when he comes back.

Time for the nasty boys!

Except Cesar can hit.  Can Yolmer hit 20 home runs?

I guess. Hasn’t done much in our uniform.

A 90 wRC+ for a second basemen is nothing special. He was acquired to be an upgrade on Leury and right now it's looking like a lateral move.

Until he starts doing so in a Sox uniform...I question the premise of your 1st sentence.

And yes in his career Yolmer might hit 20.
