It depends on who he's facing. He'll close his stance vs. lefties and open up vs. righties.

He’s at 68 pitches. He needs to get through 6. If it’s a meaningful game, it’s a different story.

He’s acting like Lester does where any pitch 6 inches off the plate isn’t called a strike leads him to getting annoyed

Hoberg is a terrible ump for Keuchel cause he just refuses to call anything barely off the plate.

I don't understand fixating on number of pitches or how many innings Keuchel should pitch when he has some of the largest times through the order splits in baseball.
