Famous last words, but he is way more legit than Yermin. Kwan should have been a top ~50 prospect given the changes he made with his swing last season.

I picked up Yermin too late to really take advantage of that first week for fantasy last year...just checked and someone gobbled him up on Monday morning before 7 a.m.

Just missed on Julio Rodriguez, too.  Have Witt, Jr., Abrams, Torkelson...had Riley Greene but cast him adrift since he will be out for 2-3 months.

Pretty crazy Oregon State team that year they won it all with Madrigal, Rutschmann, Larnach, Grenier and Kwan.

Long term strategy--eliminate the best player from another WC contender.

Archer topped out at 95.5 first inning against the Yankees...

Perfect game for Kershaw with near personal high for K’s.

Treinen will go the 8th.

Bellinger, Lux, Barnes just went back to back to back against newly-promoted Derek Rodriguez.

No pitch but one over 91 mph for Clayton, almost all Ks on sliders.

Treinen sitting back down with lead up to 6-0.

Vesia in…Dodgers’ fans in Minny booing and booing.

Pitch count was only 80.

Sandy Koufax in 1965 still only perfecto in franchise history.

Lost it to Sanchez.

First game in career against Minny, first appearance at Target Field obviously.

Torkelson just his his first career HR.

Looks like Buxton hurt himself sliding into 2B. Leaving the game.

All because the Red Sox couldn't catch a pop up. I swear he gets hurt in the weirdest ways.

Advanced level strategy by the Red Sox.

Except they still lost the game.

Byron Buxton is still being evaluated. #MNTwins will have more in post. Right now it’s being called right knee soreness,” Dan Hayes, who covers the Twins for The Athletic, tweeted on Friday afternoon.

Rodon dealing again in CLE.  velocity at 96-97.  One hit through 4, just 33 pitches. SFG up 1-0.

97-98..."just" 5 k's through 5.  Still only one hit and no walks through 47 pitches.

Miller, Ramirez, Kwan and Rosario with some massive numbers on offense.  But that was against the Reds and Royals.

99 99 98...7 k's, through 6 surrendering just a hit and a walk, biggest surprise is only 67 pitches.

Torkelson is going to be so darn good, man. If he's not already.

Yep, looks like he real deal.

Pitchers are dropping like flies. Gray exited the game early today, as did Manning for the Tigers with shoulder discomfort. Mize is already on the IL with elbow soreness.

Tigers & Royals both seem to be getting such awful outcomes for all of their young arms. Yikes.

Turnbull was just starting to get good last year and then tore his UCL. Just terrible luck for them. Manning was throwing the ball well so far this year too. Now Skubal is the only healthy one of their young starters. Elbow and shoulder issues for young starters is never anything you want to see.

Going from a 60 game season, then back to 162, and then a short spring there are going to be a ton of arm injuries this year. Not happy to see it, but glad it isn't just the Sox.
