He needs to start being a bit less deferential to partners if he wants to be a great one. Less like a junior partner and more confident that he’s the one they are tuning in to listen to. I don't watch much basketball, but I love him on college football. Wish he'd take over for Mike Tirico on ND games when he moves to NFL games. We'll see this next Sunday....former Sox/Brave Andruw Jones and former Padre Mark Sweeney for Pads @ Braves. Actually thought Youkilis was really good. Understated at first, definitely not a broadcasting voice...but excellent sense of humor and perfectly-timed insights. Much better than Stone and Benetti together, more balanced.
