Pretty excited to say I'm going to the game today unless the plane crashes or United pulls their typical delay tactics. We've pulled away from the gate and the engines appear to be getting revved up t

  • For the record, I still hate the 10th inning rule regardless if we win this game or not.

Once the offense gets going this team gonna go off.

Starters are so good.

Yep, Vaughn and Moncada...if only there was a way to DH Vaughn, but that would require Pollock and Engel to be offensive threats on the corners.

Also, interesting decision coming with Sheets and Burger.  Sheets hasn't earned his spot but likely stays due to handedness.

Seems about right, cause we either score 3 or 4 runs. And we're averaging 3.4 runs.

Need to be more patient and take some walks.  Keep the running game going.  Manufacture more runs.  Select the best lineup possible.  Don’t hit Pollock 2 nd.  Like Robert 2 nd ahead of Abreu.  These actions should help us in increasing runs scored per game IMO.

When Lynn comes back and the bats become even semi competent we should be lights out.

The offense got going today cause of Burger's walk. Pollock really shouldn't be hitting 2nd, but I feel like TLR is gonna put Leury there again if he puts Pollock lower in the order.

At least Leury is hitting better than Pollock at this time.

Being a lefty helps Sheets cause.

We also didn't have an extra innings win either. They're just worse at it than us.

Our bullpen has been much better than Boston’s.

He was Plan D.

They weren't going to pay real money for a good 2B and Miller wanted a guaranteed 2nd year so that wasn't happening either.

They prolly also thought they had "leverage" with some of these FAs due to Leury. Lol

At least we won

If they weren't going to pay real money for a good 2B, and then Miller wanted a 2nd year so he was never in the cards, it sounds like he was plan A

What’s the record for saves in a week? Liam gotta be close

$5.5 million.

Burger can't lay off the high fastball today.

Oh $5.5 million? Wow does that make a difference or what?! Who am I kidding then? This is a GREAT deal for the Sox! What a steal!

Fuckin' moron

Nobody on this entire message board thought it was a good signing.

Jose was running well there.  Great angle at third.

He is carrying less weight than in earlier years.

I'd truly like to know who thought it was a good idea to sign Harrison to a $7M deal despite his age & horrid 2nd half of 2021. Is it Hahn? Kenny? Some asshole scout?

We might as well have kept Cesar Hernandez, could not has been as bad as Harrison.

I'm not sure how Harrison swung at that junk ass curve ball on 3-1. It's just baffling.

Our guys refuse to take walks, this hurts particularly coming from crappy hitters like Harrison.

oh STFU Jason. That was just a bad approach from Tim.

No patience at the plate.  Swung at the first pitch.  Didn’t look at going the other way or getting the ball up in the air.  At least we won,.
