Yeah it's hard to fault La Russa when he only has like 3-4 guys in the bullpen he can throw and his starters can't go more than 5 innings. 

Sousa is missing really badly

This shows how poorly constructed this organization is.

They had a chance to win the last 4 games and will end up blowing it because there is zero organizational depth.
