June 25, 20223 yr Just got back from the Dash (Salsa) game. Montgomery looked fantastic at the plate. HR came after he got ahead 3-0, perhaps more impressive was his final ab, an out. He fell behind 0-2 on kinda questionable breaking balls down and in. He certainly questioned the second one. But he stayed calm, stayed in his approach and hit a hard fly ball to center. Things don’t seem to speed up on him.

June 25, 20223 yr Btw, Trey Sweeney played short for the Renegades. Pretty clearly not a shortstop, some holes in his swing as well. I think he can be a big leaguer but Sox got the right guy in the draft.
