Why is Lynn in the starting rotation?

Tony would start him as #1 or #2 if the playoffs started today.

  • I want everything thrown at this game. Get a cortisone shot in Lynn’s knee, steroids into Leury, adderol for TA, shock collar to moncada for any strike three not swung at. A real wizard of o

Lynn has bad knees from carrying all that extra weight around for all these years. The first thing a DR tells you is to lose weight to lessen the load on your joints. He is a friggen professional

I find it interesting how many people here make fun of Lance Lynn for his weight, while we all love Cueto. Who is also a fat ass. Lol Baseball history is riddled with fat asses that performed jus

Down 5 runs...Lynn decides to pitch better.

Maybe he's taking a little longer to get his stuff because of the injury and shelf time... and perhaps he'll turn the corner soon.

I think you meant Mark Teahen.

He actually improved from 605 ops to 645 with the Sox.

But one of many 32-34 year old veterans (Erstad at 33) whose best days were already behind them…and terribly beaten up by injuries due to his style of play and baserunning over the years.

That 645 would be like Pollock hitting, well, a bit better than 612 or whatever he started today at.

Plus Erstad was a better defender at that stage in his career than Pollock is now.

Judging by the recent posts instead of watching the game nothing good is happening…

But I just turned the game back on to find we have two on and one out with Vaughn up.

Hit scores two… let’s go!!

Why hasn't this team been able to produce or sign competent outfielders?

It looks like the team is content with winning the first two.

Vaughn cant lay off the face high fastball

Vaughn expanding his zone way too much this AB.
