I hate anything Boston so a series win would be great not to mention winning the season series.

Weather might hold up for a while.

Robert out of the game. Hopefully they’re just trying to get him to 150 games played and it’s not an injury.

Robert Jr. with stolen base No. 20. He's the first White Sox player ever to go 35 homers, 35 doubles and 20 stolen bases in the same season Per Merkin

God help us if it’s a legit knee injury

He was grimacing after a SB and then running down a ball in the OF. Hopefully he can finish the he year.

Sox win 3-2

3-3 at home avoids 100 losses.

Sox a lot like the Bears at season end winning meaningless games, effecting draft position.

To add insult to injury...Rockies managing to get swept by Cubs hurts both draft position and puts them closer to making  the postseason.

If they can make those games 6 innings each then they've got a shot.

I was going to post Fire Bloom but then I saw that they already did....well I know 1 Soxtalk member who is happy.

Sox have got to roll over and die to the Diamondbacks who only have a slight lead over the Cubs in the wild card race. Cubs can't get any home games. Sox getting swept while Cubs are at Atlanta/Milwaukee would help that situation. Cubs will make the playoff with 85 wins but with no home games they should be a quick out.

The Sox brass have a lot of stuff to worry about right now. The Cubs aren't one of them.

Granted... but the Cubs making a deep playoff run won't help the situation...it will only make it worse.
