September 13, 20241 yr Eder with his 9.87 ERA at Charlotte should fit in well with the current White Sox bullpen.
September 13, 20241 yr Now Foster with a back disc issue? He's done. Next to get DFA'd over the winter.

Can they release him with an injury without an issue with the MLBPA...if he's already on the IL? Can't believe after all this time they're just going to waive/DFA, it's like Gavin Sheets on the pitching side...although far less noticeable. Edited September 14, 20241 yr by caulfield12
September 14, 20241 yr This is great. Now the Knights pitchers should be totally motivated. Get your ERA under 10.00, and you go to the show.

September 14, 20241 yr Maybe if Eder does well the next 2 weeks he can be traded back to Miami for Burger.

He can't be released as long as he is on the IL, but as soon as he gets off it (or retires) they will do so.

September 14, 20241 yr So far, 34 players have pitched for the Sox this season vs. 33 wins. has there ever been a team that has used more pitchers than games it won?
