We already have a game thread. And there's  a "That's a Sox winner" thread from yesterday that's four pages.  Just examples of how we just WANT and enjoy some wins. We want to be excited; we want

I wanna see him be the "straw that stirs the drink."  Get another star like Abreu in his prime to hit after Robert for a knockout 1-2 punch.

Would be fun but sadly that dream died a few years ago. We are now in another rebuild and getting what we can for him just makes sense. Our bum ass owner wouldn't resign him anways.

Yea, the hat is good. I like the one with the white panel better though.

Not going to happen. Went through the same I want to keep him with Crochet.

I'll take the Crochet return for an often injured player who  got hot at the perfect time every time.

I'd trade your arguments that belong in another thread for a White Sox win.

It's OK.  Get the 3rd out.  All OK.

come on rather just walk him then throw that meatball.

Leasure man

THIS UMP FUCKING BLOWS

Need another run

Well. Add another here. Who gets the ninth? Booser? Might be time to move Wilson there.

Uh oh Leasure getting another shot to hold a lead...

Can never manage to have a clean inning seemingly.

Slider had been looking good. Outsmarted themselves with the high fastball.

I was watching the Sky game real quick and missed it but I agree.

I LIKE IKE! (QUERO)

It's insane how patient our rooks are in comparison to our veterans who just think looking at strikes counts and pulling outside pitches counts.

Imho, they need to (re)build around some outstanding players like Robert Jr (if he produces like he should).  At some point, ya need to stop trading away your stars for potential.

Quero is incredibly impressive. He's reminding me a bit of a Ray Durham type in value. He's athletic, he walks, he can run, he can field his position and once and awhile he'll launch one. Not a superstar but a guy that in his worst year is an avg regular and in a median year is a star.
