Colson and Quero are doing alright. Meidroth is starting to look rough.

Its a learning process when teams get data on him. Hopefully he makes the appropriate adjustments.

Imo Meidroths ceiling is a utility infielder while Sosa has a much higher offensive ceiling at 2B and hopefully his defense improves

I love reading through game threads at work without knowing the score and trying to determine what is happening.

I did that for a playoff game a few years back....I thought they were down by 10 runs but it was actually a very close game.

I dont disagree in general. I think theyvare both utility players. But both useful.

Houser doing great…trade him

This - they really got to hopefully find the right bidder on him and Tauchman. Not saying they will get a ton - but these guys are good enough that if the scouting department hits and front office does the right thing - they could get some LT productivity out of these two short-term moves.  Robert unfortunately is going to be a waste - but maybe with enough money or taking on a different buy-low candidate that maybe Sox can salvage (but help a team shed salary), they can get something for Robert (cause someone is squinting hard enough - but clearly nothing that great).

I’ve had more chances to watch games with travel baseball season over, and I’m always surprised at how little chemistry these announcers have. Stone completely ignores Schriffen’s stories.

It's more obvious after Plesac. John stucks but Stone is just as bad at this point. Just having Plesac caring about the on field action is a huge win.

He started doing that when he would get sick of Hawk and hasn't really stopped since.

I really hope he is the next dude in the booth, and hopefully really soon.

Not really.  More hilarious is not knowing what MLB Gameday is.  🤣

I have a subscription to that. But it's more fun trying to guess based on everyone's over reactions.

I know what GameDay is and checked after seeing this thread.  I used the thread to entertain myself for a few minutes then checked Gameday or could easily check the ticker on the main screen.  Gave me 3 minutes of entertainment at work and now am leaving and will look at home to see who blows the save.

Problem is the adjustment for him is hitting the ball harder, which is tough!

It is. But as a ceiling of a utility infielder its what he needs to work around.

It was much more fun when there was a chance they would win the game in the end and the games actually meant something so there were 15 pages of Fathom going off just to find them up 5-3 in B8.  Let's get something straight Fathom was not wrong but there was some good mixed in there.
